Considering the user started in June this year, he probably doesn't have any dots yet, maybe 1 depending on how much he plays.  If he/she (gender neutral.. :|) had ANY dots, it would appear next to their nickname in the lobby wouldn't it?  Therefore I assume he/she (there it is again) doesn't have any dots.

So.. if he/she is asking "if you can get the dice to show up easily on your profile" my answer of "Hi, 'thegamer121'. the dice will show in your account in time.. the more you play and behave then you'll start to notice them" still applies.
