Using a program is allowed, but to discuss or promote programs is prohibited due to FlyOrDie wanting to dim down on the use of programs.

Personally, I see programs as an educational way forward for players to learn certain games, i.e basic openings and rules of a game. But to use programs against other players for the gain of points should be prohibited.

Also many program users ruin many tournaments on this great site, & with the rise of FlyOrDie on IOS & iPad/Tablets, this does increase the use of programs in which can easily go undetected during tournaments for "easy" VIP's, especially in the tournaments which have less players as the higher real players aren't around to observe and see a program in action.

Remember, a good human player can tell if a player is using a program in their certain game of choice.

Personally, I think a good "temporary" solution would be, when a player receives their program mark "!" there points should be frozen until it is gone, this way players who constantly "noob bash" to gain points, will have to play the game correctly until the "!" is gone to gain points again.

I do not understand the position FlyOrDie is taking with respect to program use. Why is the use of programs "allowed?" If it is allowed, why is it investigated and marked as an exception to acceptable practice on this site?

If program-use is allowed, what meaning does FlyOrDie's statement that a player "has a right to know if he is playing a person or program" (paraphrased) have? What does this right consist in, as far as the site's operation is concerned?

These various statements are not reconcilable within the documentation FlyOrDie provides, and within which they are contained. What is your intention?
