I guess it's to much effort for a Moderator to lift a finger and reply to a thread like this one.

I've never played that game but it is clear that a part of the game isn't being shown.

Try resetting browser zoom to 100% (ctrl+num pad 0).
Is this happening in another browser too?

I was using Internet Explorer 9 and updated to 10 and the issue vanished (For Now), I'm under the impression it might have been caused by an out-dated browser being incompatible with the current latest versions of Java.

I had a similar problem on Google Chrome until I updated it.
So I'm hoping that's what caused it because it isn't I'm clueless.
