Most tablet devices (Including smart phone mobile devices) aren't compatible with Flash nor Java. I believe that the Galaxy Samsung S3 is in the category of phones that does not have the permissions to run such scripts.

As far as the Samsung range goes with compatibility, I believe that the Samsung Tab 3 2014 edition tablet and the Galaxy Note phone 2014 are the only noted devices that would run such scripts through their android operating system, however, it does require specific developer options on the devices to enable this option for users.
