no free ball option

when playing snooker lite my opponent fouls and the free ball logo comes up in the bottom lh corner. when i click on it i dont get the arrows come up to select my free ball.i the end up having to pass .any help appreciated

Does it happen in ALL free ball situations?
yes every time . it has cost me a lot of frames
still not got any reply from technical. VERY frustrating
