Ban + Dots disapearing

Hello as this is pretty much the only place too post a thread like this I was wondering for some information regarding my other account "Topsider."

It got banned about 2 days ago saying reason " unsportmanship behaviour" I would like to know more about this reason and what I have done?

Any form of unsportsmanlike behaviour will not be tolerated, FlyOrDie reserves the right to reset points to zero and/or ban your nickname for this offence. 

It includes: 

-artificially adjusting your rating (resetting, banking, ...) 
-operation jumping 
-encouraging your opponent to leave the match 
-intentionally losing in favour of your opponent 
-accepting your opponent's behaviour who is intentionally losing

I have not done a single one of these things which is why I am still clueless to what I have actually done wrong... It's not much of a problem just I ended up losing both dots for nothing :S

What is Operation jumping exactly?
