I just witnessed a game where a player named Broily would not pass to end a game he obviously lost, thus his opponent Ajuro lost by time unfairly, Broily then claimed that "time is part of the game" thus refused to pass and won by a system technicality. 
 I saved 3 photos of this incident and was wondering how to upload them. Also, since this is not the first instance of something like this happening, something needs to be done about this passing time system to prevent cheaters.
