Id like to thanks the website creators for making the game more realistic and more enjoyable for new players coming to the game. I think the website designers and graphics designers of the game have done an excellent job. They deserve a great thanks for what the have done.

there were some things in older version of snooker that could have been improved, i agree,but some of the things in new version. make one wonder if developers ever played snooker.. when potting a red player look for position on a colour..why does a ball appear for next shot with a white ball image placed alost over the ppocket i want to play to, its a nuisance in my view..then if i pot colour this arrow ball then positions itself over next shot on red. that even if u were hurricane higgings , no way would it go in..why cany developers leave choice of shot to the player?..also aside from commercials.. what advantage is there in subscribing to FOD?..in my opinion this new version is a little overkill. give players a chance to use there own skills.. or have this childrens version set aside for children
The ball above appears when there is some topspin applied "automatically" due to the cushion or another ball obstructing the cue. The position of it might not be the best, as it might interfere with aiming, but we have not found a better place for it yet. It will disappear after a few seconds anyway. Arrows do not appear on reds, only on colors. In real snooker you have to nominate a color (unlike in our older version). You can use the "nominate" button in order to nominate any color ball after a red has been potted, or the system tries to find out what you are trying to aim at, in order to make the game more continuous, so you do not have to bother with nominating in obvious cases. This default nominated ball is denoted by the arrow, and it will change if you simply aim at a different ball. The player still has the choice of course.
