Personal lessons are a bit difficult to come by unless you can befriend stronger players. There are a lot of free online resources to help you improve your game: Goproblems.com and
http://gochild2009.appspot.com/
are good places to study tsumego/life-and-death problems and playgo.to/iwtg is a good source for beginners to learn some basis tactics.
For more advanced studies, you might want to check out KGS (kgs plus offers weekly lectures but costs money), or Guo Juan's Internet Go School:
http://internetgoschool.com/search.vhtml?free=on
has 39 free lectures if you want to check it out before making any kind of commitment.
Other than that, just ask around for stronger players to give you a teaching game(s). You should be able to find someone willing to help. I usually offer them if my opponent talks to me and I feel that I am able to teach him/her something.
