so, i play this guy ToD was the nickname, hes a fairly weak player, we play trough the match the he said he need to go when i kill a group of him, then he offer me a tie, i refuse so we keep playing, and he keep playing until i run out of time, i probably won by 60moku or so, but i lose the match becouse of the time, this is a big flaw in the system and i think those people should be banned

you ran out of time because you used too much of it. i don't think using up your own time is a flaw.
Agreed. You could've just passed instead of wasting your time you know. There are a lot of players that are time-wasters (ex. passing when the game is over, then continuing and repeating this process), but really; next time, just pass or kill all of their stones (if it's possible) so they can't waste your time.
