Why is it when the server goes down I lose points through no fault of mine I just lost 21 points in a game I was winning. fix this please

When server goes down we lose points
it happened again the other guy lost his connection I won the game and lost points THAT MAKES NO SENCE.
Bizarre, What were your respective ratings, what was the score and how many ends had been played/still to play?
