Hello. 
First of all, sorry for my english...i'm not from an "english" country.

So, this is the problem:
I met a player with cheats, "time cheats" to be exact. (in 8ball game)
He has some kind of time delay cheat and when he needs to brake or shoot you have to wait at least 15-20 minutes...
I thought that the problem was from the server, but i realise that he really has a cheat and the way he talk was obvious...
