Ok here's the problem-----  i have just changed my OS on my pc and had to download 3d billiards again (im not subbed just now but i will be soon)  and when i click to open, it will come on for a split second and then its gone again its as if i never tried to open it in the first place.i have tried changing the resolution in property's but it did no good. I did have this same problem about 2 years ago and i managed to fix it but i have no idea how i did it.  If anyone has any idea how to fix this please reply. 
PS. i also know i cant play online version of 3d billiards while im not subbed that is not the problem, i cant even get the game to come on to my screen.
