I believe I might have a perfect setup for tournaments. I always see the link in the lobby screen but never see it lit up. My suggestion:
Have constant tournaments (sit and go's if you will) where you have three different levels
1. Beginner (0-100)
2. Intermediate (101-200)
3. Expert (201-infinite)
From there you open it up to 8 players to enter at a fee of 20 of their points for beginner, 50 points for inter. and 75 points for expert. Once you have 8 players register, you play down like a normal tournament but do 5 ends and just have a quick winner goes on, two game elimination or something. Top three then get points to improve their rating (i.e. beginner winner wins 120 rating points.

Any thoughts??
