just played a game a 1 ender layed 3 the guy left and my "rating" stayed the same have been noticing some other things to yesterday was playing and my opponent layed 2 one end and i lost like 6 pts from my rating on one end lost about 30 total on that game played 7 ends so how does it work exactly some one please reply thank you.

The rating system is absolutely #*^&@'d. I stole three points in an end and got only TWO rating points. In my next game, I stole three again and got NINE points. The inconsistency is mind-boggling and infuriating. It's also frustrating that the ratings don't take into account the very basic curling principle that a blank is better than taking one.
I just stole 3 in a different game and got ZERO POINTS. How does this scheisse even begin to make sense?!?!?!?!

Pretty sure it's calculated according to that. Obviusly that system applies better with billiards than curling.
