Nine ball rule or Not
In the game of 9 ball is it a rule that you cant attempt to shoot the 9 ball after a foul or scratch. It seems to go both ways.I like to do it but if it is against rules of course I would respect the rules but if it is not Im goin for it.Can somebody clarify this for me and to save alot of fights. Thanks
There is no rule saying that you can't pot the 9 ball in after a foul.

It seems to be some kind of unwritten rule created by many players, if you want to do it, feel free to do so ;)
yeah he's right there is no rule, BUT it is an unwritten rule, i know many players will just stop playing you, it's just like that, same as when i first started didnt know,
There is no such rule. I like the way it really upsets people when you combo 9 on a scratch. It's part of the game.
Unless your playing in a league which specifically states your not allowed to do it, then do it.

I rarely play 9ball but when i do if i get the chance to take a game ill take it, if they fouled then that's there problem, your breaking no rules or doing nothing wrong.

The reason alot of 9ballers dont like it is because its full of kids who dont like losing, even if you beat 95% of em fairly they would still say you were lucky.
>yeah he's right there is no rule, BUT it is an unwritten rule, i know many players will just stop playing you...

A lot of them run anyway, so who cares? If they don't want to be combo'd on then they shouldn't foul.
