flyordie does allow players to use a computer program.  there is an automated detection system that monitors people's moves, and if it appears they're playing with a program, the system will flag the person's account with a symbol that means "may use program".  however, the system is not perfect, so sometimes flags the wrong people and sometimes misses the right people, so it's only a guideline.
anyway, long story short... i don't believe moderators can just put the icon on the person's info page.  and they definitely won't demerit/ban a person for using a program... because that is allowed.

thank you for your reply, there are many people like me who want to play a fair game, and in such cicumstances we are always afraid wether the person we r playing is a fair player or cheating by using a programe. that really hurts me. any ways thanks for your answer.
