I think that it would be a good idea to have a program mute button, a lot like the mute button for guests. They cant talk to you or challenge you.

How anyone can know who is program? "!" mark doesnt always mean program! Many honest people have it, and they dont deserve to be banned or shutted from site. I am for DESTROYING "!" system! it doesnt tell anything. And real program users know how to avoid this sign, too, and when play with them, you recognize totally strong programms... Many people from site thinks like me.
