i have had nothing but nightmares trying to log on here!first' the site was down.....now all i get is user mismatch to clear my browser and restart!!!!!i have done this a hundred times and no results!!!!!!!!!!!!wtf!!!!i pay for this darn thing!!!!!!!!!!!

did you try to go on a different web browser?like if you go on internet explorer try another web browser.
