and instead of just trying to cause trouble, a little more reading and paying attention to what was said will show this comment was not really valid, as seen by:

as has been stated in this forum, about a month ago i believe, this forum is open to anyone of any language making a request of the mods.  there are language-specific forums, but this forum can also be used, as mods who speak more than just english do check both places.

and in response to the first reply of this thread:

as i've alluded to above, that's not actually necessary.  there are mods who speak many different languages on this site, and if the original poster cannot articulate what they want properly in english (and doesn't like online translators because they murder any language), then dutch is a perfectly fine language in which to make a request.  it just might take longer before a dutch speaking mod sees it and is able to respond.

Of je pc is te traag, of fod had wat server problemen ( lijkt mij sterk ) echter kan het ook zijn dat er iets aan de hand is met jouw computer, wellicht virussen?

Ook kan het zijn dat jouw internetverbinding traag is ( je mag dan een snelle pc hebben, maar dit zegt niks over je internetsnelheid. )

Of je internetbrowser had wat server problemen :D

Ben ook zomaar wat aan het gissen hoor, maar dit zijn de voornaamste redenen.

I don't really understand all the fuss about this.

I simply advised him to write his posts in english, with the only purpose he would receive more information. 

I know this is not an all exclusive English site, but since there is no Dutch forum, probably because there aren't that many dutch players, and since English is quiet a global language,this seemed like a fair advise from me to him.

I understand his post (I'm dutch speaking myself), only reason why I didn't answer him, is because I can't...It doesn't apply to me, I don't know the answer.

I'm not the one looking for trouble here, but as usual everyone wants have his own saying...

hey paralyzed r u seriose not every1 speaks enlgish in the world omg, no kiding dude. theres other threads for other langrauges that can be discused for nything they like including technical if hes going to post in this post (wich is ment for english) it would help if he posted in english nameless posts about it and u have to try acting like hes making a big deal about it when hes just trying to help him so he would get better replays instead of the spam im posting and the spam u posted.

please... please... READ the thread before replying (especially if it's just to come down hard on one person's reply)!  it was mentioned above that there is no dutch forum, so this is the only logical place to post if the person only speaks dutch (or is at least only comfortable with dutch).

and also, as mentioned above, mods have replied in the past to similar threads to state that this and the dear moderators forum (and likely some others) are not just for english requests, but can be used by anyone of any language.

Well actually Jason, Milk&Cookies has a point here.

Too many people are just giving their opinion without even knowing what they talk about. Luckily I'm a smart and decent guy who does not really react on those provocations. I'm not talking about you, you seem to be a quiet decent guy as well.

Anyways, all this rubbish would have been avoided if you hadn't bothered replying in the first place, as normally when a question does not apply to you, well, then you just leave it, right?

Having said that though I can understand why you gave him the advice you did (whether he understands English or not is a different question) so if I offended you in any way (which is kinda sad if I did as it's the internet :)) then I apologise.

Also if you added punctuation I might be able to understand what you say without spending ten minutes deciefering it.

i admit, looking back i did possibly reply a bit too harshly to paralyzed, and to him, i appologize.  though i did read the post (and the entire thread reading up to it) twice before replying.

i don't capitalize (which likely won't change), but looking at all of my replies here, i'd say i do use punctuation.

I still reply on topics I want to, and I wanted to help
out someone who speaks my language by advising him to write in English so he would get more info, (now before any smart@ss is going to reply "so why didn't you help him out in your own language??" see previous post, tired of repeating myself), so in a way it does apply to me. NOW after reading this crap i really know not everyone can speak english here. Even natural-born english people can't.:|
