Dear Moderators;

I play under the nick red-wings.  I was shooting a frame 
on October 11, 2007 against a player under the name of Liverpool FC .... my rating was a blue ball with a point value of 408 ..... my opponant had a point value of 360ish ...... he was way behind in the game and conceded.

On screen my point value showed as a zero, once I returned to the lobby it then showed as 16!

I would like to know how this happened and have it corrected immediately.

Maybe it has been corrected !

Thats why you have 16 points.

yer have u been reset?

maybe u was reset during ur game and u got to lobby as 16

maybe?

There was a bug in the system, which caused a few players got reset accidentally, when played a game at around 
2007-10-12 00:00 GMT.
