Was playing a game when it froze up i was in front and going to win but the time kept going and i couldent move my piece what do i do in this situation i lost points.

That means u have a virus!!! Happen to me about 2 months ago I scan and got like 13 of them by that black screen thing. I dont know what to say? Just scan for virus
