 ... there, you will find that OPERATOR himself replied, and addressed your concern directly.  he said there is nothing wrong with the fact that you lost points.  that is the way the scoring system is set up.

also, by writing a forum post, i'm 99% sure you will not get an email reply (even if you ask for one).  if you were to email support@flyordie.com and explain your problem you might get an email reply.  (but i don't suggest you send an email.  i suggest you re-read the replies to your previous post, and you should see that you are incorrect to think there is an error).

if you have further questions, please reply to this forum post, and check back frequently for when people answer.  don't expect email replies.
