well there is no easy way to do so.
first you have to pay off the king 1 000 000 silvers and become a citizen. then you can leave the island.

click help, go to contents (if it isn't already there), click FAQ's, and click on "how do i delete a character?" (it's the 9th last question on the page).

Once you delete a character, do you get to start over with a new one, or is that spot just gone forever?
