Bankers! Named and Shamed
I know mods do their best possible job in keeping the behaviour on FOD to its standard, but we all get bust so I decided to make this post. I think I have the no1 banker we all know everyone post theirs here for the mods to see Thank you :-)

I'm new to Tanx.
I don't understand how to stick to some of the rules.

Banking:
What is the difference between trying to keep your points up to gain rank, and "banking" ?
How is the player you site banking points ?

Jumping Operations:
Generally I wait 'till I'm dead to eject, and I'll eject mainly when high score player(s) drops into an operation where nobody has a score higher than 10. I then look for another noobie operation.

Thanks in advance for any advice you can provide.

Banking is generally a high ranked player taking advantage of lower ranked players to increase his score. A few kills by a high rank is ok until he racks up 6 or more points in my opinon. He should never inter a low rank op i might add.
Thanks.
That makes sense.
I look for ops of players with scores like mine.

Now when these "hot shots" drop in I
a. message: "easy prey <name of player> ?"
b. eject after I get killed.

I think I shamed one high-sore player with that one
because he/she ejected immediately after it posted.

At the same time I don't want my ejections to be taken as "jumping ops"

PS
Once I get a little more experience I might go a round with the big boys ( and girls ).
myself I try to 'fight" players with the larger scores. Best training I have had thus far. I don't focus on the score ( as you can see lol) rather on learning the various nuances of the game.
best,

Thanks. That is probably the best attitude, and is certainly better than 'practice mode'.

One thing I like about practice mode though is that the robot tanks take your lead - if you don't use power-ups, neither do they...
I've also been advised that not powering-up is a good way to improve - no crutches.
