another topic  "ok this is out of order" a mods name is mentioned over and over again, as being unfair and unjust..

Don't know how long you've been around here, but since day one I knew this wasn't a democracy...in a way it is a favor game, in no way should anyone be bad mouthed publicly on a forum (except cheaters name them and shame them I say) better approach would be to email your complaint to moderator@flyordie.com and label it with Complaint about mod *name here* that way it might actually be looked at.  I wouldn't hold your breath if your not going to write it as a mature adult rather than a kid-like tantrum rant, I myself have recieved several replies from Hontvari via e-mail on numerous complaints of mine...so it's not impossible ;)

What do these mysetrious, rare and almost unheard of replies look like, are they marked with a gold badge :O

I got a reply from him, not quite the gold badge you would think though, it said:

"Thank you for your email, please contact support@flyordie.com for further information"

I got a couple of replies from hontvari during the last mod scare, no one was able to gather enough evidence against the mods so it went dead...but it takes about 2 or so days before he replies, at least that's how long it took for my reply...oh and it had a big gold badge on it :p

The terms bascially say, we can take as much money as we like out your bank account and you can do nothing about ti!!!

in a way, kind of, yes.  if you are unwise enough to "agree to the terms of service" (which you must do to create an account), and then spend money subbing that account, and then disobey the terms of service, then yes, they have a right to not allow you to use that account any more (effectively "taking" some of the money you used to subscribe that account, since you are no longer allowed to use the services they offer with it).  and if you care to do the same thing with a new account, then they can keep "taking" your money if you keep breaking the terms of service.

Jason's right:) funny how that works...you broke a contract, and that doesnt require reimbursement. keep breaking the contract you make and you'll basically be throwing away the money yourself every time you do.
