You updated and now it doesn't work, how did you update your computer Windows updater or some other way.  Either way it was more than likely the update, find some way to roll back the update so that you have your PC to the point when it worked.  If you don't want to do that, then you may just have to deal with it until something comes along...in other words don't hold your breath.

Happens to me too... wouldnt mind if the points were not forfeited....  how can you play a decent game when it shuts down on you ?

If you upgraded to a newer version of Windows then you need to redownload the Java RunTime Environment 10. If you already did that, tough titties mate cuz I can't help ya lol.

try and use opera web browser... if your using IE/FIREFOX..that may help you
