It means you are new. Play so many games (not sure of the exact figure, something like 20) and it will go.

Not enough games have been played, I believe it is 20 games and that should disappear.

This means you've played less than 20 games, once you play 20 it goes away.

It will stay there untill you have played 20 matches. ;)
