I am issuing a personal challenge to all of the TA fighters out there. This one is not about money or fame or personal glory. This is about the ability for us all to get together and accomplish something. It took us nearly 6 weeks to clear that last square, and that was including team splat. I would like to see if we can finish this next square in 4 weeks. That means by February 28th, we need to have this one done. I have told everyone that we have the ability to accomplish anything when we work together, I would like to see it in action. So lets attack the NW most square and post your accomplishments here. That should mean a conquest of just under 11500 in my case. Good luck to all participants.

Cobalt60 dragged the fire hose of watery destruction back and forth from the pub and took out 51 (and 2 when he made a wrong turn). Still feeling paranoid about blue axefighters, he is continuously on the prowl for larger molotov cocktail bottles. Those 12 ounce bottles scrounged from the back of the pub just aren't doing the trick. 108764 at last count...

A 229-monster splat from 1500 clicks. Then I levelled up to 39, and couldn't construct even one of my upgraded defences to lack on the market. So it was really worth coming home for nothing. I'll resume splatting a bit later on. Good luck Team!

Wow!! We are clearing monsters so fast, I hesitate to set a goal! First off, do I dare try for a completion date? We are in the home stretch. I think we can clear this thing by Sunday! We need 21,500 in three days.... That will take serious splatting from almost everyone who has been contributing! To quote (or misquote) my favorite character in LOTR: Spears will be shaken! Thats the thing Beav we have know real idea where the buildings are or even if they exist. With under 20k left it is tempting to clear it on the off chance and then move back to north of what was just cleared.
I was thinking that we do this low monster count square for 1 week and then on Sunday head back to where we were and go North. It doesn't matter that much.
any similarities between our map and the hungarian map tell me there's likely no building under the NE square. of course, it's possible, but i'd say very unlikely. my time will be spent at the north port for a little while, as i have a number of extra md's stored from the last clearing bash on the north path. after that, i think i'll head back to the north path, where beavis is fighting... seems the north port idea isn't going to fly, and we made incredible progress on north path, so we might as well keep going. --jason
Well, without a Table or Alter to build, I am guessing that we will have an enormous surplus of nubs. Like Sandy and a few others, I have been planning for this day when we will have nubs rolling in and nothing to build. Although I do not have a million extra house parts, I can store quite a few nubs. :D From what I remember, clearing the north Port is useless, since we would have to clear several more squares before there were anything to build. Some input from the Developers (just a little hint) would be helpful. -B

to confirm north port there is a pub 1 south is casino, item shop and temple 1 south, 1 of port is palace 2 south of port is weapon shop 2 south, 1 east of port is pub 2 south, 2 east of port is teleport gate s0 8 building with in 4 blocks of port

The interlude square is done, cleared this morning. I certainly do not want to stop or slow down this lastest north port surge. On the other hand, I know that not all splatters splat there. I would set goals of 4k per day at the NW square -- Monday's goal would be 108,000 but maybe we should look for 3k at the NW square and 1k at north port. If there is interest, we can post splat pledges. It would be so awesome if north port dropped by 1k per day! Or dare I even think it... 1500 to 2k per day!
