Return to TA: a brief story
Having sworn off going to TA over four levels ago after a couple misadventures resulting in the loss of an antiballast, my character contented herself with being a balloon fighter. Sure the hours were tough, but the experience was good.

But recently she discovered that of all the level 43 monsters, she could only beat one. Oh the unfairness of it all; stuck with 43 million experience of the same monsters she'd already fought before. Dreams of new monsters awaiting on TA began to fill her head. Surely four levels was long enough of an absence.

No sooner had these thoughts entered her head that the balloon appeared above and she was swept away to find...a wonderflask. Sighing, she made her way to the port to see if her boat was still seaworthy.

Miraculously, for only 1,147 silvers, the portmaster found her long abandoned boat, and she set off to TA where she discovered not only were there new
defeatable
monsters, but all the old ones that had given her so much trouble in the first place no longer even made her break a sweat.

To make a long story short (or a short story slighty shorter) there are now 553 less monsters on the western front, and she'll be coming back once she's rested up a bit (well, at least until she reaches level 40 and then it's off to find a way to make equipment with items she doesn't have).
WTG Habbie,
I just made lvl 43 myself. I have been able to kill some unknowns but not going to TA until I am fully equiped.
