Larkinor wont let me in

I have two acc. one subbed one non subbed.   For whatever reason i can't get into my subbed acc and play the game.  I have no demerits or bans for the game and just wondering what the problem is.  Thanks in advance for your help.

I'm not sure AA.  I'm getting in just fine on all my nicks.

Try clearing cache & especially cookies, then attempt to login again.

yeah that was the first thing that i tried.  It is only on the subbed acc. that seems to be the problem.  it wont do anything after i click the start game button.  but on the non subbed acc. i have non problem getting in teh game and clicking.  Hopefully it can be fixed simply and quickly.
