How about instead of forcing someone to make a move, we add a feature that is called "Blow". I'm sure most of us knows how it works, so I have no reason to explain it. Just keep the option clickable at all times, and if there is not a valid checker to be taken for blow a message comes up and says something like "You cannot take any piece by this command." And if there is a valid one to be taken, "Please select which piece to be taken."

This would add much more reality to the game, because in real life tournaments if you do not take a jump your opponent has the right to blow you.
