Prt Scr button on your keyboard, could be labeled differently but something along those lines.  Then go over to paint or some other drawing program and go too Edit and click paste, then save it as a .jpg (I don't know the other formats that you can send off hand) and send it in.

to post u got to save it as imageshack. then look for thumbnail for forums. then copy that site down make sure it is [img=blah.jpg]. i learned mine from mohammed and spirt walker :D
