Is the "Terms of Service" page not working ?

It doesnt seem to be,on my computer.

To get to the link,I click on

Online Games

 at the top of this page,then at the very bottom of the

Online Games page

 there's  a link for "Terms of Service".

But it's not showing,,,,,,anybody else getting this ?

Worked on mine.

Worked on mine too, however i left the webpage on and 5 minutes later when i came back to it, it had gone blank with just a banner at the top and the tabs (online games, download, affiliate etc.)

Just dont understand, if all the other links work,why not that one.
