I Jst re-formatted my pc and went to download 3d billiards pc game, i had it before at it worked perfectly, and now when i open it, it goes to full screen mode and starts to load then it jumps off and goes back to my desktop, i can access the game thro web version its just the PC game, anyone any suggestions how to fix this?? ty

When I reinstalled this PC I had the same problem. It turned out that my sound drivers were incorrect, as once I installed the correct version the game worked. Check your drivers are up to date.
