You are NEVER turned down as a mod in writing, so you'll ONLY ever hear from FoD if you have been accepted. Generally you have to have been a member for OVER a year and also be 21yrs or older - then IF they think you have potential and IF they are looking at taking on mods they will WATCH you over a LONG PERIOD of time before making a decision. If that decision is "NO", you will NEVER find out. I'd say that seeing as you joined in APRIL 06, you have at LEAST another year before they'd consider you - try filling in the form again in June 2007 to remind them.
