While I won't say I'm speaking for everyone, I will say that the probability of someone giving you 1 mil is very, very low.  There are 3 reasons for this. 
1.  We all work semi hard for our money and don't wish to hand it out.
2.  You have been here a month so how do we know you are going to stick around?
3.  The only reasons you reason you need to pay the king is to get an anti-ballast and to get a boat.  As you have only been here a month, you don't yet have a reason to need a boat.  

My advice to you is to get a digger.  If used correctly you can make alot of money to fund your other characters.

How do you transfer money?

People are unlikely to give money to anyone they don't know to pay off the King. It's part of the challenge of Larkinor and is the first big goal you have to reach.

To transfer money use the market. Find a item not listed on market OR buy out an item so that you own all of them. Then list the item at the maximum (2500% non subs, 3000% subs) and buy them with your rich. Money will be moved.
