Perhaps just a different perspective on your name.  There are a lot of different Moderators now.

Unfortunately, there is no automatic scan of a name when you create it. This means that name can be around a short while, and is only removed when a moderator sees the name.

In your case, the name was removed due to drug references, and the delay was simply because the name had not been seen yet by a moderator.

Having the name removed has no impact on your current name.
