:) Who are your alltime sporting HEROS and why +FOOTBALL+ DAVID BECKHAM -reason- scored the free kick to get ENGLNAD into the world cup. hes 1 of the best footballers in the world.. +SNOOKER+ RONNIE O'SULLIVAN -reason- he just is untouchable in snooker at his best and sometimes when he isnt at his best.. he also makes me laugh E.G..puts towel over his head :) and stares the the live camera out :) +BOXING+ JOE CALZAGHE -reason- a very good boxer, hes strong and fast, 12-0 in rounds against JEFF LACEY TOTAL BEAST :) won his title also..

willie miller, captain of aberdeen in the 80's when we dominated scottish football and won the cup winners cup . a leader on the park and as i play sweeper,the same position as him, i was in complete awe of him . a great moustache as well

Yeah, Cantona and Keano caught my attention for varying reasons, but Robson was there first showing how to play for the Man U shirt. I know significant people came before, but I didn't see them. In snooker there have been entertainers like Alex Higgins and Jimmy White who had at least as many fans as Ronnie, but the latter has to be number one for the combination of entertainment and skill. My favourite however has to be Steve Davis, for being so consistently good that he bores you with his skill.
