I have to agree with Arrow too, all the mods are fair. Well most of them anyways. And getting mad at the mods won't help you with anything. If you get mad and curse them out, you just get banned, so if you get in trouble just accept it, and try not to do it the second time. :p You people have fun on tanx, I need a break from tanx for a few months. i know of three mods i consider fair. i know of one who is not by nay standard and a lot of people agree on that, as per private conversation. most folks s u c k up to that mod, but there IS to much drama on tanx.
Hello, until the other I was FTW Death Dealer,,, I was playing in a non rated op with my son, (yes I am older than most of you,) anyway, all of the sudden I was banned permanently and the reason given was that I had other nick names... First of all, it is true, I do have other nick names, the very first one that I had when I started playing here was Eye_Kill, I'm sure some of you remember that name... then I was asked by FTW Navy Seal to join FTW,,, I said ok, thus giving me two nicks,,, then after I played awhile, I realized that I was inconsistent in my playing so on "bad days," I used a practice nick so I wouldn't lose my points,,, I realized now that I broke the rules, but it was totally inadvertantly and what I got banned permanently for was, and I quote, "Using another nick to avoid being banned." hmmm well first of all, I wasn't using another nick to avoid being banned, I was using another nick because I had joined a clan and my other one was still out there flapping in the wind!! and then I had created another one to practice with on my off days... I broke the rules, and I apologize for that, but it was inadvertantly... Another thing that I would like to point out is that my 3 kids and I use the local library computers to play tanx until I get our computers built,,, I realize that other kids in this library use the same computers to play tanx as well,, which can obviously cause and i.p. address problem,,, PLEASE MODS BE AWARE OF THIS... Ghost I do apologize for my behavior the other day, but I must say I did try to talk to you and explain myself several times without you answering at all !! that is very frustrating... I believe you should have approached me and asked my about my multiple nicks BEFORE you just come into the lobby and start banning,,, for that I believe that you are reckless and really do not deserve to govern over others,,, I believe that you are on some sort of power trip,,, it is just a game relax man and communicate with people, I was going to subscribe for my 3 kids and myself,,, but unless all of our nicks with our points are re-instated,,, Tanx can kiss the $80.00 goodbye!!! Thanks to anyone for reading this lengthy post....

Anyway, the problem has been taken care of by Ghost, I spoke with him and through several emails we have resolved the problem, and he did re-instate our nick names,,, Thanks again to Ghost for being patient and understanding of the situation, and understanding that my family and I, as well as other people play Tanx from the local library here... Kudos to you Ghost!!
No Tactical Assault, we all couldn't just say that,,, because Ghost can see that their were many names under the same ip address with totally different point totals,,, besides, (speaking for myself of course,) I am 39 years old, I like Tanx alot, but to take it so seriously that one would have to use multiple names and such??? They would really have to get a life then wouldn't they??? :>) All that I can say is to ensure that you do not get banned permanently is to follow the rules, then you shouldn't have a problem,,, but to suggest that, (and once again I can only speak for myself,) that I would use multiple nicks for some sort of advantage is seriously flawed anyways,,, because at the end of the day... your still only as good or lousy at the game even with the different nick names... Peace People...
