i DISABLED the right click, on my html so no one can access it, and he accessed it ! ughh

Duh. It's easy. Before the page is fully loaded it has a little period where the 

 Disabled right click 

 doesn't take effect. I thought you had the script for non-right click, and I posted in my last post how to get around that. But that needs a bit more intelligence. ;)
