Dragonproof Sheepskin

Wondering if anyone has tried to make one of these...Using the formula on Rebanne's and a few other sites, both the armory and the magic tower tell me that i have the recipe wrong.  Any advice?

I just tried it out at the Fortress.  Costs 10,000 silver, and works perfectly:

- 20 dragongrass
- 2 dragon muscle
- 5 dragon heart
