Don't know if anyone experiences this but we downloaded the game and bought a registration. We only get sound from the cueballs occasionally. We've tried everything, including reinstalling. And yes, we've tweaked the Options, etc. Any suggestions????

i think u need to update your drivers for your sound card it sounds , update the driver from device manager see if that helps ya, maybe installing the latest version of directX 9 might help 2 try it here
