First thing is to remove any tracking cookies and clear your internet cache. Go to tools, internet options, delete cookies, temp int files (including all offline content) and history. The downside is that you'll lose any page information like stored passwords and usernames.

Most importantly - and this may work without doing the above, as it targets just tracking cookies - use a spyware removal tool to check your system for "pests". My favourite one is Ad-Aware by lavasoft (watch out for similarly named products which are not the same). You'll find it in

 if you look for Ad-Aware SE Personal Edition 1.06. Run a full system scan about once a week.

You may also want to check your system for viruses, and make sure you have ample HD space free (at least 500MB, but 10% of drive is a better target).

That's a good start, see how you get on.

i use Ad-Aware SE and Spy Bot Search & Destroy in conjunction with Spywareblaster - wich doesn't just scan and clean for spyware, it prevents it from ever being installed in the first place (good idea to download Spywareblaster if you dont have it) ;)

I usually don't disconnect but the last 2 days, I've disconnected at least 8 times.

I am a subscriber and i do use the pc game andi have a perfect cable connection. But about every 5 minutes i get kicked out of the lobby "Connection to server closed" i have tried the clearing cookies and running spybot and adware but nothing works. WHAT DO I DO !

i just defragmented my pc and i only have 107GB free space (95%) is that enough?

I had to go in and chang my time of idel tab, to never disconnect.

Try upping your "Idel" time to Never Disconnect in your internet options

In "Internet Options" go to advanced and up your idol time to "Never Disconnect"
