no we don't look like other players.  Because of the need to often watch more than one room at a time and haveing to mute, demerit, temp ban, and perm ban multipul nicks at once we have all been gifted with two heads and four hands.  Some of the older mods have even more than that.

I have been playing since 25 July I think. And I have not seen a moderator. What do they look like? Do they look like regular players? Are they players at all or just mods? What do they do?

because many people think the mods are unfair and should not have so much power. maybe one day they'll have a FoD civil war.

Don't do anything wrong then. Why did you agree to the terms and conditions if you wanted to be able to get away with minor offences? There are other sites who let you get away with this stuff, you are welcome to use them.

That's kind of redundant - how often do we walk into a room and find people swearing with no mods around? I think FoD needs to improve in certain areas. Firstly they should take their swear detector and have it brought to a level where it detects a bypass. "@" is used instead of "a", "v" instead of "u" for example. It's not difficult to add these alternatives to the database as they become apparent.

Next the mod system could be improved. I would prefer to see seperate teams of forum, email and game mods rather than a small handful trying to achieve everthing. There are some good members who either play a lot of games or spend a lot of time in the forums. I often come in here on Pacific Standard Time and see abusive posts which remain until the European mods see them hours later. The mods should be picked so that FoD has as close to 24 hour cover as possible.

No offense to the mod team, they are doing a good job - I'm just making suggestions as to how I believe the system could be improved. Personally I have never had any complaints myself, but I am unsure about how I would feel if I had children who played in here.

Streamline is ever present and consistently doing a good job - I hope you are serious in your post Live Strong, as I certainly would give her a round of applause for her efforts in FoD.

how good would it be without moderators...or maybe a list of words u can get banned for? or maybe just all moderators should decide how they want to act so u dont have to think which mod is in the room before u say something

ive been on this site for while and MANY other sites which have mods whether their game websites or forums, and this sites mods are pathetic. Just doing something minor you get banned without even a warning.


Very very very power mad im afraid. I bet you log in and think ''cmon how many people can i bann today woohoo'', and then you bann someone for saying like one semi harsh swear word, not even a warning, you click bann, and you dance and smile and pat yourselfs on the back....and yeh most of the time people do deserve to get banned but a good percent is retarded decisions. Its not just the present mods its been going on for ages.
