I am all4x and i can tell you the way!  you can click one way at bottom left or right of screen on the floor next to tank, then count to like 2 and click the oposite direction you did.  That is how we make it so fast.  But you have to remember, to do it you have to get going first.  I you don't get going you will just stay in one spot and dance.  You can also do a long stride then click the oposite direction you are going and it will react fast the other way!!  Always works:D

I just go in a straight line all the time.  Of course I have no points but it removes the stress of steering.

from what i know joysticks don't work on tanx. holding the ctrl button down as u left click sets waypoints is how some move the way they do but i have trouble useing that in the heat of battle
