ok take the ss 
-paste it in MS Word
-right click and save as
-go to that imageshak link
-find the pic where u saved it
-copy the link it gives u afterwards..
paste it in forum..
maybe snipe cud give u sumthin easier :)

then word pad

when i goto imageshack. i tried to do it with works processor, wouldnt accept the format
tried it with paint, didnt accept the format
tried it with paint, and after 30minutes of uploading it didnt work, so what program should i save it under, or what toher site could i save it on

Forget what concept said hes missing a bunch of steps.

First take screen shot and save it on comp

Next UpLoad screenshot to the web somewhere. You could post it on another web site or upload it into an image holder like concept. 

Once it is actually loaded onto the web (on a site other than geocities) all you need is the internet URL for that picture. (to find this right click it and hit properties)

Post the URL like follows.

Now you need to add brackets to tell the forum you want to show it in your post.
