Fear

Whether we are willing to hear the truth or believe in what It means, humanity is currently living in a perpetual state of Fear, Uncertainty, and Apprehension [across the spectrum].

We live in Fear through a physical nature…
We live in Uncertainty through emotional instability…
We live in Apprehension through the actions or inactions of our neighbors.

Across this beautiful sphere that humanity calls its home – Earth, aggression is rising, increasing between opposite continents, between opposing states, between disproportionate levels of social status, and even between family members within the home. All of this results in … less shared Joy.

This state of reality reaches past sadness and despair for me…

It crosses the line of my shattered spirit…

Why? Because…Fear is the killer of the [Mind]. It destroys any opportunities for true freedom and peak performance.

What is the root of all fear? Our past failure.

Many of us will attempt to alleviate this pain and suffering by walking the [Wide / Accepted Path] seeking temporary comforts [i.e. Money, Success, Power, Validation, Drugs, etc.].
A few of us will attempt to alleviate this pain and suffering by walking the [Narrow / Risky Path] by letting down our defenses and facing toward our Fears.

Do not underestimate this – facing our deepest fears is not something to be done lightly, nor is it a challenge for the weak. What it really means to face our greatest fears … is to face the person in the mirror. The only way to heal pain and suffering … is to move through it and not around. There is only one way. For, when we do not fear life, we gain a strength that is beyond the reachable. This strength can only come from within.

The price for experiencing the fullness of life is costly, and most of us are unwilling to pay this price.

The question that keeps me awake in the darkest night is this:

How do we fix this?

I believe a good place to begin is to start evaluating the quality of questions that we ask ourselves in the mirror.

In closing, I quote Master Yoda's teaching....

"Fear is the path to the .:Dark-Side:.
Fear leads to Anger...
Anger leads to Hate...
Hate leads to Suffering."

Your reflection on fear resonates deeply. I believe the path forward begins with a fundamental shift in how we perceive our existence. Not just as physical beings navigating a chaotic world, but as spiritual learners immersed in a vast, interconnected experience.
I believe that life is not just a sequence of events to endure or control, but a curriculum designed for growth. Every challenge, every fear, every moment of uncertainty is a lesson. When we embrace this perspective, suffering slowly transforms into insight.
Behind every material form, every object, every system, every person is something deeper. Something spiritual. A consciousness, a force, a presence that binds all things. Acknowledging this invisible thread is essential. It reminds us that we are not isolated fragments, but expressions of a greater whole.
So how do we fix this? When we ask better questions of ourselves, we begin to uncover the truth that we are not broken, but becoming. Not lost, but learning. Not separate, but deeply connected. By believing that life is not random, but meaningful. And that the invisible, the force, the spirit ... is not a fantasy, but the very foundation of our so-called reality.
Only then can we walk the narrow path with courage, not because we are fearless, but because we know that fear is part of the lesson.
