I'm really sorry to hear you're having such a frustrating time. It’s clear you’ve gone above and beyond trying to troubleshoot the issue, and I can imagine how disappointing it must be, especially as a loyal player with two paid accounts.

We definitely don’t want to see you go. It’s possible that the issue could be related to your local internet provider or a network configuration that’s blocking access to the game servers. Since practice mode works but Play doesn’t, that might be a clue worth exploring.

Please don’t give up just yet. FlyOrDie’s technical support team is great at digging into these kinds of issues. If you haven’t already, I’d really encourage you to reach out to them directly. They may be able to pinpoint the problem and help get you back into the game.

We appreciate you being part of the community and hope this gets resolved soon so you can enjoy billiards the way it’s meant to be played.

To help resolve the problem on your end, please try the following steps:

Clear your browser’s cache.

Try accessing the game using a different browser or device.

Restart your router to refresh your internet connection.

I have done all above. It will let me play pratice but says "Cannot connect to server. Server may be down" when I try to go into an billiard game to Play, not Pratice. Even tried on laptop as have not used it before for FOD, same thing. Only aloows pratice, I have two paid accounts, so WILL NOT BE Resubbing. Thank you John and FOD for helping me decide to look elsewhere for billiards.
