How is it possible that after many report about someone that make nickname Havik program because of me because he was talking directly to me after making the name i told u this in the report also it is **** who made second nickname Havik program that is not allowed according to your rules. Still u are letting him go through with it. I do not understand what makes it u follow your own rules and what makes it u don't.

Accusing other players directly in the forum is not the right step. If someone has created a nickname to target you, please use the report abuse function and also mute that account so they cannot disturb you further. Moderator coverage is limited at times, so it may take a little while before action is taken. But every valid report is reviewed, and the Moderation team will deal with it when they can. In the meantime, patience and proper use of the tools available is the best approach.
